Alright so was looking to make a change and run a differnet class. Almost bought another SC4x4, but just couldn't bring myself to doing that. Thought about SC2wd, but couldn't do that either. So I bought a 4x4 buggy. Hopefully I don't drive it like a tard as I did the SC4x4. Maybe we can get steve out, jason, efren back out, and get another class started!!! Smile

I was thinking about getting a 4x4 buggy how nice new class. Guess I should hurry to get one.

Its a mamba 5700. It will be coming out. I'll be putting a tekin in Smile

how much for that mamba and how many turns is it?

I'll be running 8th scale at Hal's on Saturday and may not have the opportunity to race this Sunday, but I'll surely be there on the following Sunday with 4wd Buggy . Really looking forward to it!

Got it yesterday! electronics are out and are ready for Tekin! Getting that motor out is no fun! Glad they left a hole for the screw.

Yes, actually makes it very easy to remove/instal and set gear mesh. I was thinking the same thing before I purchased mine...but it turned out to be much better than anticipated with a long hex driver. Wished they made a cam style motor mount similar to B44.1, would be nice.
Just finished adding some weight to the rear spline of the chassis to try next time out. Hope it works, if not, it's very easy to remove and change back to a setup that already works very well.

well if I can learn to jump a 4x4 maybe I'll throw the ole L8ight model back to a buggy and come play at Hal's once in a while! Damn shame it gets driven in the street once in a blue moon, but it sure HAULS A@#$@#$

I'm sure you'll have it down in notime at all with your new 4wd buggy, its an easy car to drive. Excited about when we can race them together soon at Raceparty track!

Ran with the SC4x4s today. Made 14 laps with it right out of the box with the 8.5. It really needs more motor, but 8.5 is a good starting point. At least I didn't destroy it like I did my shortbus 4x4!
