That's great sounds like this is coming together quite nicely. Might be time to put in a call to High Dessert Video and see if they could send some camera work out for that weekend.

Awesome!! This event is shaping up to be awesome!

Not sure if you have thought of this or not, but might want to try and contact some of the local radio stations. Who knows since this is in part for the troops maybe you all could get some free air time for the race. Or even have one of them do a live show from the track. Could get more folks to come out take a look and get interested in joining our community of racers. Just a thought.

Great idea Billy - that's what I'm talking about! My thoughts are to invite the radio stations like channel 4-7-9-14 to have an RC shootout. WE can put the newscasters and/or weather men out on the track in a vehicle for each of them and they can have a race! I'm sure that'll get you free airtime. We can all donate a car for them to use. I actually have an extra SLASH just sitting there. This would be a hit, I just know it.

This race looks great! I am really hoping that I can make it back to El Paso for this race!

I know I haven't posted much this week about the progress of the race gus and I'm sorry for that. Just getting ready to go to the field within the next week. Items from our sponsors are starting to come in. AE, JConcepts, SK Motion, Sticky Kicks, and wristbands.net have all been accounted for. I know that Barnett HD, and TVH has as well.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the EPRC community tomorrow I will be going to the field for the next five weeks (which sucks by the way). I have asked Jorge for his help as far as taking lead on the Tribute to the Troops Event. If anyone has any questions please direct all of them to Jorge. Here is the latest and greatest flyer. This one has the details on how the races will be ran for the two day event. I hope everyone has a safe 5 weeks and I hope to see everyone when I get back.
