Had fun yesterday... At least I stopped before I exploded my ESC and motor. Somehow I picked up a piece of lead weight from the track and it got caught in between the bulkhead and spur!
New layout is fast and fun. The green painted spots will still be in play, but just one area. The hardest part is judging the back corner coming out of the straight. That back wall is going to HURT if you miss judge it. Didn't really find any corners to hit hard like the old layout turning into out of the straight. Traction was better because of temps, but you can get into the marbles if you take the straight too deep. Once it gets blown off better that shouldn't be too much of an issue.
As if we needed to feel any more inferior to Hector he had his 8th scale nitro car out there... once he got the carb settings close that 2 speed was AWESOME. I'd buy one, but its... well nitro.

Going to depend on gearing. I'd start some where in the 6.5 range with a tekin. You need to be in C2 mode sensored only
1) Timing 80 2) drag brake (driver dependant start at 10-15?) 3) brake strength (100 you can always change with radio EPA) 4) push control n/a 5) brake minimum 10 6) throttle profile 3 7) neutral width 10 Cool current width 9) reverse speed shouldn't have reverse turned on 10) throttle minimum 10 or lower depending on how twitchy you want your throttle trigger 11) timing advance do you mean turbo?(10) 12) boost 40 13) turbo delay .15
Timing advance is used when you are running in Dual Mode/unsensored. I set at 100, in the event the sensor cable has an issue. The Tekin ESC will revert to Dual mode and you will have 100% of motors capability.
current limiter to 85-90

Anyone down for getting a Worlds GT class going? I think that is what I have decided to go with for GO-RCing for some kids. Easy to build since they are 2wd and can be found pretty cheap and I might be able to get a few for free for the kids???
