| Depends on what you plan on doing with it. If you plan on racing it, I don't think there's a class for a 10th scale 4wd truggy, besides maybe novice.
If you plan on just bashing it I think it's a nice setup for bashing.

| Shane, Are you looking for another car to race at Sw? Pm me and I'll help you out, the above setup is NOT a good choice for racing. | |

| I second Curt's recommendation...
Please feel free to ask any one of us at the track or off the track about what is good for racing and what is good for bashing.
Sometimes the route to a successful race program is unclear when you're attempting to get into this sport. Car set ups and parts can even be difficult to sort out for someone who has raced before and is trying to get back into the sport. Furthermore, there are so many different companies out there that are tying to sell you things that aren't necessarily important for you to have to be successful.
The first step is to decide what class/classes you'd like to get involved in. Also consider how long you plan on being involved and your budget. Here is a list of classes that run at the local tracks.
1) SC 2WD 1:10 Scale 2) SC 4x4 1:10 Scale 3) 2WD Buggy 1:10 Scale 4) 2WD Stadium Truck 1:10 Scale- Coming Soon 5) 4x4 1:10 Scale Buggy Currently gaining momentum 6) 8th Scale 4x4 Buggy and Truggy are popular as well in both Electric and Nitro versions.
Keep an open eye out for what car/s the faster guys are racing. Hook up with a driver who's been around and that can point you in the correct direction, and go from that point.
One last recommendation - just have fun - try not to be too serious, as we have enough serious people around. This should be fun and relaxing for you, and you should feel excited to race each week. Pick a class, dig in and enjoy...
See you at the track! | |

| I'd probably just rent the rental truck to see if she would actually enjoy it enough to drop the funds to buy one. Let her see if she enjoys that enough to want her own. | |

| That'll work, just make sure you have a radio that allows you to turn down the power. | |
