So running at 160 is a great temp to shoot for as it gives you 20 degrees cushion. | |

| just like the quote says, it reduces life span, that is why pros run them like that, because they can change them as often as they want lol | |

| Yes at 220 but 180 is reasonable. I still stick with 160! | |
