The mini class was actually pretty cool. I couldn't believe just how fast those things were. The staff did make the changes to the track to enable the novice drivers to make it around the track without breaking or struggling too hard. THis was great for some, but not soo good for others. Speed World had a difficult job. When you make changes to try to better something it seems that someone will always be affected negatively by the changes. Here is what should probably happen next time. I think the minis should be allowed to go up on the stage and down the ramp. Right after exiting the ramp between the ski jumps is where the little crossover should be placed, so right as they exit the ramp they'd just go straight over the pipe. Overall, this is how it should work. Newbies can cross the little bridge over the pipe after the ramp, and more advanced racers can continue on up the wall ride and over the ski jump --- this way it's racers choice. I think this would be the best option for both the advanced mini racer and the novice. As icing on the cake, the extended route for the advanced racers may actually even out the lap totals. I don't know, what do you all think??
