| Had a great time at speedworld. Fun track to run on and love the new over and under jump, just a little dangerous for the marshal's. Really need to keep a good eye on cars coming down the ramp and jumping over it. . Still working out some bugs sense the track as a little more traction then im used to and a little different driving style but that fine and one thing that makes it fun.. took second on 8th scale Ebuggy main =D. Me and Geno had a great battle going for 2nd and 3rd place. 1st in nitro truggy heat one and just put it up for the second heat and main. Robert took second in 4x4 sc main. over all fun night. One more thing i was wondering if anyone else thought that they lost the flow of the track with the 2 sharp corners on the left side of the track. Personally i don't mind it at all. Also got a 4x4 10th scale buggy and so did Robert so that will be a new class starting up so get them fired up guys . | |

| I'm having a blast over at Speedworld, and the racing is very tight. I did notice through the "S" section we were slowed down a bit due to the pipe changes, and passing was made more difficult for the bigger 8th scale vehicles; especially the Truggies. Although it did take a percent of flow out of the track it didn't seem to upset the track times much, but it did make the corners through that section very tight. After the first round of quals I had to tune for the tighter turns. I messed with with the steering expo on my radio in an attempt to get more steering steering earlier in the curve, and it seemed to work. As my car drove deeper into the turn and seemed to turn a bit better.
There were a lot of great battles going on i every class, but what I liked most was the respectful driving. Passes were made cleanly, and the races didn't turn into a demolition derby. I really like that Joey is announcing and giving drivers live feedback. He's keeping the racers clean and making sure equipment isn't destroyed.
I can't wait to do it all again this Sat.

Agreed, passing was clean for every class and joey is a great announcer. Calling out times, positions, fastest laps and so on. not to mention he does a "lets take a lap with so and so" for every driver. Plus gives out tips for the beginners. Also i like the notice he gives to the drivers when a Marshal is out in a danger zone.

| Aw ,,, thanks for the nice statements !! I want you as drivers to feel like every race event is like being at a big show in Arizona or Cali.
I also want everyone to be on their best game as drivers so that none of your hard earned expensive equipment gets destroyed due to lack of attention from the Speed World Staff . I know accidents happen but dirty driving or rough passing is what will not be allowed .
PASS CLEAN or get put in the penalty box!!
Everyone was great this last race fast racing and perfect passing , wow, and we enjoyed having you guys here ! Hope to have bigger crowds every Saturday .
See ya Saturday .. Joey | |
