| I truly enjoyed it and very glad it has a flowing design now, you can realy race each other the the whole span of the course. Awesome to see that the track was patched and prepped when everyone showed up, great job Gene ! Looked like it got beat up again last night, developing some sizable holes in a few places and hope we can get together and do some track maintenance in the future to benifit everyone (smooth out back straight and repair jump faces). Also liked the light watering between heats, where track dried; I think this significantly helped racers and maintained better track charateristics throughout the evening. Observed alot of racers (new and old) who arrive early to get in some practice, but sit anxiously awaiting to get in some practice/gain more experience; Recommend allowing racers to run on track until 30 min prior to starting so they will enjoy the hobby/there chosen race platforms and then be able to help maintain track prior to race. Recommend we try to start races on time, promote marshaling participation and work on expiditing the flow of races. With everyones assistance and understanding, I think everyone would benifit. | |

| I agree with Jason.. track should be open for practice before races start rather than sitting around waiting for track to dry. We need some track time before the races start so, that we can work on our set up a bit....I know Gene does his best to try and keep the track wet as possible but, there has got to be a better and more efficient way to do this ... Any suggestions any one????? Dont be shy .. Let s get some feedback or else nothing will ever be done.... | |
